Scripture gives clear evidence that women have functioned throughout Biblical history in roles of service and leadership. Women of the Leadership Council are to ensure that the truth of Christ will remain credible to both the church and the community. The Council is accountable to the Elder Board and will lovingly support and submit to the leadership.
